Impact roller is used in loading zone and transfer point applications. The rubber discs are attached to a heavy-duty steel roller, which can protect the belt in situations in which the free fall of material can cause damage to the belt cover due to lumps, weight, or shape. Standardized and designed in accordance with international standards are the impact rollers. Impact rollers that are made just for you can be ordered. The following special-design rollers are available from Perfect Engineering Components Pvt. Ltd.: rollers that are resistant to water, rollers that can withstand harsh weather, conveyor rollers that can handle heavy loads, high-speed conveyor rollers, low-noise rollers, and case-hardened rollers.
